The second edition of the Orientation Market of the Amsterdams Chemist Dispuut took place on April 6 at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU) in collaboration with VCSVU (Vereniging van Chemie Studenten aan de Vrije Universiteit).
Researchers gathered in this market to talk about the current projects of VU and the UvA research groups. The market was a useful opportunity to help participants determine their interest in different projects, whether it is for a second-year project, a bachelor project or a master project.
The CO2SMOS project was among the ones being showcased in the pop-up room! Marian Blom, researcher at Avantium, joined the Orientation Market to present the project, its goals and her role in researching sustainable alternatives using waste CO2 to produce future-proof bioplastics.
