On 21-23 March 2023, the CO2SMOS project was presented at the “2nd GREENERING INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE – Green Chemical Engineering Network towards upscaling sustainable processes”.
The scientific-technical conference, co-organised by BioEcoUVa (The Institute of Bioeconomy of the University of Valladolid) and the COST ACTION CA 18224 GREENERING, gathered academics, researchers, and companies to exchange knowledge and expertise on innovative industrial applications of green chemistry and sustainable technologies.
The CO2SMOS delegation, composed of the project coordinator Raúl Piñero Hernanz, Marta Ramos Andrés and José María Sanz Martín (CARTIF), showcased the project through:
- A keynote presentation during the session “Converting CO2 emissions from bio-based industries into sustainable chemicals to mitigate climate change”.
- And the poster presentation “Biotechnological platform to produce CO2-derived intermediates and monomers”.
